Summary: Greeter at check in was unfriendly and hard to work with. No remote in my room. Although your hotel advertised breakfast M-F 6-9, at 7:30 there was no breakfast, no one had shown up to serve, so no food… I was on a trip and I planned this hotel because of breakfast. The clerk did not even apologize

Summary: Breakfast was hot, and pretty good. Room was pretty comfortable and clean. I would stay again. Staff was very nice.

Summary: It was a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to utilize that’s about it. Not very clean, the halls and rooms smelled like mildewed wet dog. Your feet stuck to the floor & the bathroom floors were filthy. The poor guy at the front desk was all by himself and the line was out the door. When we first checked in we were told our room was 305 but it was really 205. Then the next day our keycard deactivated and we had to go wait in the super long line again. Our kids were excited about the pool and it was somewhat nice. The bathroom outside the pool would not shut at all and was off its hinges. We showed up to swim at 9am and it was locked so we went to the desk and he said the pool doesn’t open until 10am we told him that the sign by the pool says it’s open from 8am-10pm & he said he didn’t know what was going on but unlocked it for us anyways. There were dirty towels, bugs, and not a clean towel to be found, it was a mess. I would also recommend that they install a bottle filler by their drinking fountain since the lady at the breakfast bar would not let us fill up our water bottles with their water pitcher because she would have to refill it. Needless to say we will not be back and most likely will not be using Comfort Inns again.

Summary: It smelled badly of cigarette smoke and in our bathroom it continued to grow in the smell like a neighbor was smoking. Kept the fan on the entire time.

Summary: Bathroom smelled like mildew. The tub drain was clogged. No water pressure from bathroom sink. Room smelled dirty. Staff wasn't friendly. Very noisy, heard banging on floor from room upstairs, early in morning. Weed smell in hallways. Breakfast didnt have much to offer. Wouldnt stay there again.

Summary: The rooms were standard and worked great. They were kept clean. Unfortunately the room we stayed in smelled very strongly of weed. The hotel manager was super accommodating, even though the hotel was full she did everything in her power to help us out. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile.
